A celebration was held after church on Sunday to recognize the joining of Trinity and Lakewood into one united congregation. This joyful partnership opens up opportunities for more service to the community.

Celebrate Outreach Drag Queen Bingo
Lakewood United Church of Christ has been actively supporting Celebrate Outreach for several years. The church collects toiletries and other personal care items for those served by Celebrate Outreach. This is an important ministry to those in our community who are very much in need.
Midweek “Hymn”
Lakewood congregants are so wonderful to work for because they joyfully allow me to incorporate secular music in worship. 18th Century Moravians and English Methodists were known for their use of popular tunes in church music so it’s an honorable tradition.
